LU Production privacy policy

This website is operated by LU PRODUCTION Ella Lugin ("LU, or" We ").


By accessing the LU website, you declare your consent to this data protection declaration ("declaration"). If you do not agree with this declaration, you must refrain from accessing other pages on the LU website.


Registered users have confirmed their consent to the data protection declaration and the terms and conditions when registering as a user / member.

This declaration can be updated at any time. We therefore recommend that you check them regularly. The last line of this declaration, shown below, contains the date of the last update.
The service provider reserves the right to make changes to the data protection declaration, provided these are not to the detriment of the user (changes in the law, changes in case law). Such changes are automatically considered approved without objection by the user if the user does not react to the information on the entry page within 30 days. The current version with the date is at the end of the data protection declaration.


If the data protection declaration is changed, which is to the detriment of the user or is not prescribed by law, the user will be informed of the changes via the website, by means of an entry on the entry page and under the heading «FAQ». We use personal data that you provide to us to carry out the LU offer on the basis of and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The e-mail address given when registering for the newsletter is only visible to the administrators / moderators and the service provider (host). The service provider and LU do not pass on email addresses to third parties (exception; at the request of the authorities in the event of criminal prosecution). The email address is only used by us for any newsletter or for direct contact via email.


Personal data, if available, will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the service offered, you have given us your consent or the passing on is otherwise permitted due to relevant legal provisions.

The website provider automatically collects and saves information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

These data cannot be assigned to specific user profiles, with the exception of login. This data is not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.


We use Google Maps (API) from Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) on our website. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps in order to visually display geographic information. When you use this service, you will be shown our location and any journey will be made easier.
When you call up those sub-pages in which the Google Maps map is integrated, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want the assignment to your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertising, market research and / or the needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, although you must contact Google to exercise this right.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or email, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR

For sending a newsletter, we use the email address you provided, which you provided to us in the newsletter list when you registered. Further personal data are not collected. We use this data exclusively for sending a newsletter or to contact you via email and we do not pass it on to third parties.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, without giving reasons, via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

An open source tool is used for internal statistics. These statistics and evaluations are not published or passed on, but can be viewed without further ado.
Only evaluations are made based on existing data such as IP addresses and user profiles. Results from search engines which show how our website visitors found LU, etc.

You have the right to view the personal data stored on your profile and the settings of your user account at any time (Art. 15 GDPR) and to correct them (Art. 16 GDPR), add to or delete (Art. 17 GDPR). You can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.

Please understand that our services cannot be used anonymously internally. This is the only way we can ensure that our terms of use and the terms and conditions are observed.

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http: //" to "https: //" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Objection to advertising emails. We hereby object to the use of the contact data published as part of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails, etc.
